We handle your order with absolute care and ensure the products are well packed and presented to ensure that all orders will arrive safely. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace the order! Please kindly note, we will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

French only : La remise en main propre est disponible pour les personnes vivant à Lyon. Pour une prise de rdv sera prévu une fois votre commande prête.

Les envois vers la France sont toujours accompagné d’un numéro de suivi.
Or périodes de précommandes, les commandes seront envoyé sous 4-6 jours.

Refunds

Each piece is handmade with a lot of love and got a unique shape and sometimes little flaws. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that an item is blemished during transport, please reach out to us at contact.mugglestroubles@gmail.com with details of the product and we will work out the best solution for you! If the package is lost during transportation or if piece arrived damaged, we will issue a 100% refund (or the full amount we can get from the insurance company).

Please kindly note all purchases are final, and please read our Pottery Care Instruction to make sure your Muggles Troubles mug can last for as long as possible. :)

Illustrations are not refunded but we’ll offer to deliver another one if your package was damage or lost.
